Cancellation & Refund Policy

Wholexale Corporation believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Please review the policy below to understand your options:
Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- Wholexale Corporation does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not up to the mark.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained only after the merchant has reviewed and confirmed the issue. This should be reported within the same day of receiving the products. If the product received does not match the description on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within the same day of receipt. Our team will assess your complaint and take appropriate action.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer to the manufacturer for warranty claims. Refunds approved by Wholexale Corporation will be processed within 9-15 days from the approval date.
